SAYREVILLE, NJ -- The Sayreville Farmers Market will return to War Memorial Park near St. Stan's on Thursday, July 25, from noon until 6:00 p.m. The borough hosts this weekly market every Thursday, so residents can meet local farmers and other food vendors.

One of those vendors is Bebe's All Natural , located at 236 N Stevens Ave, South Amboy, NJ. Owner Davinder Sawhney spoke about how they make all of their authentic Indian Sauces out of a community kitchen in South Amboy, where the majority of the vendors who attend the Sayreville Farmers Market also make their food.

"All these vendors, they are using our kitchen," said Sawhney. "We are connected with South Amboy and Sayreville, so we just started this farmers market."

The most popular sauces from Bebe's All Natural are their Chana Masala , Shahi Masala , Sweet Chili Tamarind Chutney , Tikka Masala , and Vindaloo Masala . They also sell a four-sauce starter pack, which includes the Vindaloo, Tikka, Shahi, and Chana Masala sauces.

Sawhney specified that the Tikka Masala is the "original masala" that they use when they make most Indian foods. All of Bebe's products are vegan and gluten-free with no added preservatives and no added sugars.

Davinder Sawhney is happy to be able to share her products from Bebe's All Natural with the Sayreville and South Amboy communities and is also proud to be sharing South Amboy Kitchen with other vendors in attendance so they can promote their products as well.

"The first week was awesome, the second week was slow because of graduations and people were going on Fourth of July vacations. We are getting a very good response," Sawhney added.

At the core of the Sayreville Farmers Market is the undeniable benefit of exceptional quality and seasonal flavors. Bypassing the long distribution chains of supermarkets, the produce reaching your table is at its peak. By choosing local, you also become an active participant in an organic food system, ensuring fairer prices for farmers and further supporting New Jersey’s small business economy.
