RED BANK, NJ: The borough's website has announced that a single-family condo, designated as affordable housing, is now available for sale.

The unit is located at Cedar Crossing, at the end of River Street on the west side of town.

According to their website, “Cedar Crossing was incorporated in 2009 to provide an affordable housing option in Red Bank, NJ. Each resident owns their own unit and contributes monthly dues to the upkeep of the property.”

The complex is managed by the Red Bank Housing Authority .
