Meet & Greet with Paterson's Bravest Women Firefighters

PATERSON, NJ - Paterson Firefighter Kathy Sledge is hosting a Meet & Greet event for the community to engage with some of Paterson's finest female firefighters on Sunday, August 18.

The event will begin at 1:45 p.m. at MBM Fitness HQ, located at 168 8th Avenue, and attendees are encouraged to arrive early. Speakers at the event include Coach Ray, Brittany Hunt, and firefighters Mishynn Squire, Ashley Sanchez, and Captain Beth Fournier.

The discussion will cover a variety of topics, including the requirements for becoming a firefighter, the importance of social media presence, fitness, salaries, pensions, benefits, and the brotherhood/sisterhood among firefighters. Attendees will also learn about insurance options and various programs dedicated to first responders. A brief Q&A session will follow, allowing participants to ask questions and gain insights.
