It's a Gelato Summer with Pastosa After Hours!

CLARK, NJ — TAPinto Clark informed the community a few weeks back that Clark resident Anthony Ajello had just commenced gelato production (and, hence, gelato sales!) at his family-owned business, Italian specialty food store Pastosa Ravioli, located in Cranford.

Never one to sit on his laurels (Roman laurel wreath. Italy. Get it?), Ajello, flush with dessert-making euphoria, has just added yet another element to his gelato awesomeness: Pastosa After Hours!

Pastosa's gelateria (yep, that's what it's called, folks) and bakery will now run extended evening hours, Thursday through Saturday, until 10 p.m.

That means more late-night desserts for you and, importantly, absolutely no excuses not to head over to Pastosa and give its distinctive and delicious gelato a try sometime soon.
