Traffic Advisory: Long Term Lane Closure in Florham Park

FLORHAM PARK, NJ - There will be long term lane closure in Florham Park on Hanover Road near Columbia Turnpike, according to the Florham Park Police.

They are advising the community that due to necessary long-term utility work on Hanover Road near Columbia Turnpike, drivers should expect Hanover Road to be closed to northbound traffic between Columbia Turnpike and James Street, Monday through Friday, from approximately 8 a.m. until approximately 4 p.m. for the next SEVERAL weeks.

This may last until September or October and locations may move slightly. This specific area is where it will be closed for the next several weeks during the times described above. Being a big travel route, this means there will be no left turns permitted from Columbia Turnpike eastbound onto Hanover Road and all trucks traveling East on Columbia Turnpike will need to use James Street or Fernwood Road as their alternates. Other vehicles may use Crescent Road, but be mindful that it is a 25 MPH road that will be enforced.
