Westfield Paving Update: North Ave. Train Station Lot Will be Open Over Weekend, Mayor Says

WESTFIELD, NJ — The town’s paving contractor, P&A Construction, completed resurfacing work this week on the path from Munsee to Sedgewick, Sedgewick Court, Golf Edge, Lynn Lane and Sunset Avenue, Mayor Shelley Brindle said in her weekly update Friday, Aug. 23.

“Today, they are aiming to finish the path from Harding to Coolidge, and milling has begun in the North Avenue train station lot,” she wrote.

The North Avenue train station lot is closed Friday and will be open over the weekend before closing again on Monday for final paving, she said.

“As always, all work is weather permitting,” Brindle said.
