Give the Gift of Life in Long Branch

LONG BRANCH, NJ — Volunteers are needed to give the gift of life in Long Branch.

There is a critical need for blood and platelets, here locally and around the country.

The City of Long Branch is sponsoring a blood drive on Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Adam "Bucky" James Community Center, located at 231 Wilbur Ray Ave.

Donors will receive a coffee gift card and a chance to win a prize.

Appointments are strongly encouraged, according to a flyer for the event. Click here to make one.
