Overdose Awareness Day Vigil in Franklin Township

SOMERSET, NJ – Franklin Township and the Central Jersey Family Health Consortium will host an Overdose Awareness Day Vigil on Aug. 28, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Franklin Gazebo, 475 DeMott Lane, Somerset. In case of inclement weather, the event will move to the Municipal Council Chambers.

The event will feature resource tables, free Narcan kits, community speakers, a memorial table, and a candlelight vigil. Attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket.
