Olean Police Arrest Fugitive From Justice

OLEAN NY — Police arrested Jonathon Jackson, 34, Wednesday and charged him with being a fugitive from justice.

According to an Olean Police Department Facebook post , Jackson had been found guilty of aggravated vehicular homicide in Wayne County, Ohio, and failed to appear for sentencing on July 17.

Police found Jackson living in a tent at the rear of a residence on South 16th Street. He was taken to Cattaraugus County Jail to await extradition.
