FAIR LAWN, NJ - The school district is spending $20,000 on rebranding the school district logo, according to the superintendent.

"We began with what Sky Designs calls the discover phase with focus groups where we had almost 200 members of our community, students, staff and parents participate in those focus group discussions," Dr. Dionisio said. "[The purpose was] to really understand and craft the narrative around what the story is about, who we are here in Fair Lawn."

Dioniso said more than 500 people responded to that survey, "which is a really great response."

From the discover phase to the define phase, the district is now analyzing the feedback with Sky Designs.

"Of the respondents on the survey, one-third of the respondents shared a preference for keeping the current logo untouched. Two-thirds favored either updating the current logo or completely redesigning it," Dionisio said. "So two-thirds of the community said there should be some sort of change.
