Montclair to Celebrate 50th Anniversary of Alonso F. Bonsal Wildlife Preserve

MONTCLAIR, NJ - The Montclair community is gearing up to celebrate a significant milestone—the 50th anniversary of the Alonso F. Bonsal Wildlife Preserve. Nature enthusiasts and residents alike are invited to join in the festivities, which will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 8, at the preserve’s entrance on Daniels Drive.

The rain date is Sunday, September 15. Food and drink - family fun programs. Admission to the event is free, but guests are encouraged to RSVP by emailing BonsalPreserve@verizon.net.

"We’ll have a cook out, programs for kids, and a chance to acknowledge the officials who stewarded our revival," says organizers.
