Belmar Borough Seeks Full-Time Laborer for Marina Maintenance and Boater Assistance

BELMAR, NJ - The Borough of Belmar is currently seeking a full-time Laborer to join its Marina team, responsible for a range of maintenance tasks and boater assistance. The position requires someone capable of performing general upkeep duties, such as dock repair, water pipe installation and repair, painting, groundskeeping, trash removal, and cleaning parking lots and restrooms.

The role also involves providing direct support to boaters, offering instructions on water traffic and safety, and ensuring the marina operates smoothly. Ideal candidates should be familiar with boating and local waterways, able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
