    Phillipsburg Police Investigate Three Recent Vehicle Thefts

    PHILLIPSBURG, NJ - The Phillipsburg Police Department is actively investigating a series of recent vehicle thefts that have occurred in the Phillipsburg area over the past week.

    Authorities have reported that all three stolen vehicles were left unlocked with the keys inside.

    At this time, police are diligently following leads to identify and apprehend the suspects involved. In the meantime, local residents in Phillipsburg and Alpha are urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the authorities.

    “While not all crime is preventable, we know that criminals typically choose the path of least resistance,” the Phillipsburg Police Department shared on Facebook .

    To help prevent further incidents, police advise residents to take precautions such as locking their vehicle doors, removing all valuables, and parking in well-lit, populated areas.
