Steve Forbes to Keynote CIANJ’s 97th Annual Meeting & Luncheon

The Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ) is pleased to announce Steve Forbes, Chairman & Editor-In-Chief, Forbes, will be the Keynote speaker at CIANJ’s 97th Annual Meeting & Luncheon.

CIANJ’s 97th Annual Meeting & Luncheon will be a celebration of the CIANJ’s more than nine decades as the voice of New Jersey’s business community. The luncheon is also a forum for business leaders to gain insights and share industry trends, while making valuable contacts for the future. The event will take place Thursday, October 24 ^th , from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Hilton Meadowlands in East Rutherford, NJ.

Steve Forbes is an American publishing executive who sought the Republican Party’s presidential nomination in 1996 and 2000. He has strong New Jersey ties, as he was born in Morristown, NJ; graduated from Princeton University; and Forbes Media is currently located in Jersey City, NJ.

One of his latest endeavors is the Steve Forbes On Achievement series, which presents inspirational stories and lessons from history's greatest innovators—many largely forgotten—whose accomplishments have shaped modern life. His latest book is Inflation: What It Is, Why It’s Bad, and How to Fix It , co-authored by Nathan Lewis and Elizabeth Ames .
