Dear Parents of Students with Nut or Severe Food Allergies,

Please fill out the attached form and send it in with your child or email the Nurse only at the following e-mail: collin_bishop@ kenilworthschools.com

Nut Free Table_Parent Permission.pdf

The form or e-mail must indicate whether your child with a nut allergy must sit at the nut-free table.  I have the nut allergies sit at the nut-free table on the first day or 2 until I receive your wishes in writing.  I like the cafeteria aides to familiarize themselves with allergy students.  This may change in writing throughout the year.  If there are other allergy concerns that may require different seating, please contact me directly. I will supply an allergy list to the cafeteria aides.

All classrooms are nut free.
