Grossman Paces Chatham Girls Cross-Country with 8th Place Out of 126 Runners at Batch Meet

MORRIS PLAINS, NJ – Junior Nicolette Grossman clocked 20:14.42 to place eighth out of 126 runners in leading the Chatham girls cross-country team in a batch meet held on Tuesday. Chatham was outscored by both Mendham and Randolph.

Chatham varsity top finishers behind Grossman were Kathryn Heflin, Kate McEvoy, Riley Snarr, Lauren Raunick, Maisie O’Donnell and Arwen Ellis .

In the JV 4k course Robbie Zito-Ferraro placed first for Chatham with the rest of the top six crossing among the first 10 runners. The novice race was won by Chatham's Julianna Falzarano , with five girls placing in the top 10.
