    Whippany Park Football Falls to Kinnelon 35 - 7

    WHIPPANY, NJ - The Whippany Park Football team underwent a heartbreaking loss when they faced Kinnelon last Friday evening. Powered by a three-touchdown performance from Matthew Siciliano, Kinnelon beat Whippany 35-7.  Kinnelon is now 2-2 for the season while Whippany Park dropped to 1-2.

    Kinnelon opened the scoring with a 7-yard run in the first quarter, followed by another 7-yard score in the second. Quarterback Zach Grande then connected with Soren Porada on a 30-yard touchdown pass, giving the Colts a 21-0 lead at halftime.

    The third quarter saw more of the same, with Siciliano capping his night with a 5-yard rushing touchdown. Wyatt Sisco added a 3-yard score later in the quarter, extending Kinnelon's lead to 35-0.

    Whippany Park's points on the scoreboard came late in the game, with Jaden Marques breaking through for a 24-yard touchdown run.
