Kennedy Girls Volleyball Edges Out Eastside in Competitive Match

PATERSON, NJ - The Kennedy girls volleyball team emerged victorious against Eastside with a final score of 2-1 on Wednesday.
The first set saw the Knights come out strong, demonstrating effective teamwork and communication. They dominated the court, taking an early lead and finishing the set at 25-13. The Ghosts, however, bounced back in the second set, showing resilience and determination. With improved serving and solid defense, they managed to equalize the match by winning the set 25-18.
The tension rose as both teams fought for the decisive third set. Kennedy regrouped, utilizing their strategic plays and strong serves to reclaim control of the game. They closed the set at 25-19, securing the match victory with a record of 3-5, and 2-3 in the Big North Liberty Division.
Eastside, now sitting at 1-7 and 0-5 in the division, put forth commendable effort, especially in the second set.
