Publicly funded by Putnam County government and the NY State Council on the Arts, with support from the Governor's office and the NYS Legislature, the ARTS LINK Community Re-Grant program is committed to helping local artists and arts organizations realize their goals and to encourage opportunities for everyone to experience quality arts programs and activities in Putnam County.

The Putnam Arts Council manages the submission, review, and award process for the program, which disseminated 26 awards to 23 organizations throughout Putnam (totaling $44,793) in 2024.

“While funding may increase, requests to the ARTS LINK Community Re-Grant Program usually exceed funds available and the process is competitive,” the press release said. “New applicants are required to sign up and attend an information session either in person or online.”
