Football: Undefeated Woodbridge Routs Linden, 42-14

WOODBRIDGE, NJ -- Bryan Anderson returned two interceptions for touchdowns to help Woodbridge remain undefeated with a 42-14 football victory over Linden on Friday night.

Jahmir Beal rushed for two touchdowns and 63 yards on six carries for the Barrons (5-0), who led, 28-7, at halftime.

Linden (1-4) scored first for a 7-0 lead, but Woodbridge came back on Beal's 40-yard TD run and Bryan Anderson's 40-yard interception return to take a 14-7 lead going into the second quarter.

In the third quarter, Bryan Anderson returned an interception nearly the full length of the field, 97 yards, and Jeremiah Colon also returned an interception for a TD from the 15.

Derek Anderson had a 26-yard TD pass to Angelo Campos. Derek was 3-for-6 for 56 yards passing in a game where Woodbridge gained a lot more yards in total returns than it did from scrimmage.

Woodbridge will play at Perth Amboy next Friday at 6 p.m.
