    Morristown Boys Soccer Defeats West Morris 2-1 in Double Overtime

    MORRISTOWN, NJ -  The rain, a Senior Day celebration and a double overtime win made for a very exciting Saturday afternoon game. The Morristown boys soccer team defeated West Morris in double overtime  2-1.

    The Colonials improved to 8-2 after today's win.

    The teams were tied going into the half. At the end of the first overtime the game remained tied but it was Morristown who scored the final goal to lift the Colonials to a thrilling victory.

    Morristown goals were scored by Henrique Esteves and Jermaine Campbell. John Martinez and Gavin Raiz had assists.

    The Colonials will travel to face Pope John on October 1. Game time is 4pm.
