    Enjoy the Craic: Irish Food, Music, Drink and Dance Coming to Hamilton Later this Week

    HAMILTON, NJ -  The Annual Hamilton Irish Festival is back on Friday and Saturday, with all events open to the public.

    Now in its 40th year, the Trenton AOH will once again celebrate the food, music, and culture of Ireland over two days, October 4 and 5, on the grounds of the Trenton AOH, 2419 Kuser Road, Hamilton Square.

    On Friday, festival goers are invited between 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. and will have the chance to enjoy Irish Pub Night on the Patio with music from the Natterjacks.

    Running from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, the festival will feature more Irish music and dance along with vendors, a kids area, food, drinks, and fun.

    Admission is just $5 for adults with children under the age of 15 admitted for free with an adult.

    While adults will enjoy the music of The Shantys, Birmigham 6, and others throughout the day on Saturday, children will enjoy several activities between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. including free pumpkin decorating for the first 75 kids.

    For those that love Irish Dance, the festival will feature performances by Koltenicki School of Irish Dance, a Traditional and Contemporary Irish Dance School. The award-winning Trenton AOH Monsignor Crean Pipes and Drums will also play during the day.

    Beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be available for purchase throughout the duration of the Festival and there will also be a SUPER 50/50 raffle.

    Guests are invited to bring lawn chairs and blankets to sit back and enjoy two great days of Irish fun and entertainment.

    No outside food or drinks and no pets, organizers said. Service animals will be allowed.
