    LITTLE FALLS, NJ - Passaic Valley's girls volleyball team secured a 2-0 victory over Wayne Hills on Monday. With this win, the Hornets improved to 7-3 overall and 3-3 in the Big North - Independence, while Wayne Hills fell to 6-6 overall and 4-2 in conference play.

    The match was competitive, with both sets ending in close scores. Passaic Valley narrowly edged out Wayne Hills 26-24 in both sets to claim the 2-0 sweep.

    Victoria Galan led Wayne Hills with four kills, while Passaic Valley’s Tatyana Corprew contributed two kills for her team. Defensively, the Patriots' Leah Rosado recorded two blocks and eight assists. The Hornets' Klea Gerollari was a key playmaker, finishing with five assists.

    Key contributions came from across the roster, with Gerollari and Kacey DiPasquale each serving up multiple aces and providing stability on the court.
