Friends of the Burlington County Animal Shelter's Annual Paw Prints Pet Fest, 5K Set for Sunday

EASTAMPTON, NJ — The Friends of the Burlington County Animal Shelter will be holding its annual Paw Prints Pet Fest & 5K this weekend at Historic Smithville Park.

The free event is taking place on Sunday, October 6 at the Park, located at 803 Smithville Road in Eastampton, from 10AM to 5PM.

The festival is a perfect event for families, including well-behaved pets! The day will include food trucks, a Tito's beverage and beer garden, live music from the Goodman Fiske Duo, raffles, kids' games, a scavenger hunt, a pet costume contest, over 50 vendors, a 50/50 drawing and much more.

The Burlington County Animal Shelter will also be on hand with many pets who are currently up for adoptions.

Those who would like to register for the 5K run/walk can enjoy the beautiful scenic trails of historic Smithville Park, and their pets are also invited to participate as well!

As an all-volunteer organization, 100 percent of the Pet Fest's proceeds will go directly to funding medical care, training, foster support, TNR and other important life-saving programs.
