Community Invited to Wesley Lake Cleanup This Sunday

ASBURY PARK, NJ — The Wesley Lake Commission invites the community to participate in a lake cleanup on Sunday, October 6, 2024, from 10 AM to 12 PM. Volunteers will gather at the western footbridge on the Asbury Park side, at Lake Avenue and Emory Street, to help maintain the beauty of Wesley Lake.

This event offers an opportunity for residents and visitors alike to contribute to the ongoing preservation of the lake. Gloves and bags will be provided, ensuring participants have the necessary supplies to make a difference. The cleanup effort is part of the Commission’s ongoing commitment to improving the health and appearance of Wesley Lake, which serves as an important local recreational space.
