Sparta's Master Plan Committee Asks Community to 'TAKE the SURVEY'

SPARTA, NJ – The community is asked to take advantage of the opportunity to help shape the future of Sparta. The Master Plan committee has posted a survey on the Master Plan Committee’s Community Engagement Hub and will be live for about six weeks.

In the few days it has been open, approximately 50 people have already weighed in. The survey is to be taken online and takes only a couple of minutes to complete.

The survey questions will help to provide general information on a broad range of topics, that will help to guide the committee in the task of reviewing Sparta’s land use plan for the future.

The Community Engagement Hub will be a repository of information about the committee’s activities, resources and information about additional opportunities for community involvement in the master planning process.

The current master plan was created 40 years ago in 1984. In the intervening years there have been a few updates to the plan, taking a look at smaller pieces of Sparta. Past plans and updates are available on the Hub.
