Cooking Class To Be Held At Mountainside Public Library

MOUNTAINSIDE, NJ - The Mountainside Public Library invites residents to learn cooking techniques and tips.

Hosted by a local chef, the cooking class will be held on October 17 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn the difference between braising and boiling, the best ways to cook fish, sweating vegetables, checking meat without cutting into it, and more.
