    KEYPORT — Martin Slezak’s journey with Kiwanis began when he was awarded a scholarship from the Kiwanis Club of Keyport during high school.

    That experience opened doors for his education and sparked his lifelong commitment to community service.

    Now, Slezak leads as the newly elected District Governer of the NJ Kiwanis organization with a determination to give back, focusing on issues such as youth homelessness , a cause that resonates deeply with him. Slezak is the youngest to hold the position, and brings a fresh vision for the future of the organization and a personal connection to its mission.

    "The Kiwanis Club helped set the foundation for my future," Slezak says. “Now, it’s my turn to make sure we’re creating those same opportunities for the next generation.”
