Big C's Italian Grill Celebrates Grand Opening on E. 2nd Street in Scotch Plains

SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ – Big C's Italian Grill celebrated its grand opening as a brick-and-mortar location on 1587 E. 2nd Street in Scotch Plains on Sunday, Oct. 6.

For years, Big C's owner Clemente Cimmino operated a food truck located near the intersection of Terrill Road and Midway Ave at Glenn's Auto Service in Plainfield. Clemente, who initially gained a large following at Italian Village on South Ave. in Plainfield, built a successful business of his own in the local community by offering popular Italian subs, hot sandwiches, cheesesteaks, burgers, wraps, quesadillas, and more.

Hours : Monday to Thursday: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
