Hamilton Township Animal Shelter Waives Adoption Fees Through October 31

HAMILTON, NJ - Adoption fees at the Hamilton Township Animal Shelter and Adoption Center have been waived through October 31, in an effort to reduce occupancy.

The shelter is currently over capacity, and many animals need loving homes, shelter officials said.

Fostering a shelter animal is also an option for those individuals and families who would like to help, but aren’t able to take in a dog permanently. All medical care and food costs are covered by the shelter.

Volunteers are also welcome to take dogs for walks at the shelter.

Finally, in an effort to keep the animals currently calling the shelter home, animal lovers have been asked to consider making  food donations, by dropping off unexpired canned dog food at the shelter or ordering from their Amazon Wish List by clicking here.
