Florham Park Police Department to Host Third Women's Self-Defense Seminar

FLORHAM PARK, NJ - The Florham Park Police Department is hosting a third session Women's Self-Defense Seminar on Tuesday, October 29th from 6pm - 8:15pm. It will take place at the Briarwood School gymnasium located at 151 Briarwood Road.

Anyone who lives or works in Florham Park is eligible to attend this basic course taught by Florham Park Police Department's Community Policing Division. This seminar is meant as a basic introduction to self-defense with a large focus on situational awareness.
