    Summit NJ Haunted Hike Rescheduled for October 14

    SUMMIT, NJ – During the Summit Common Council meeting on Tuesday, it was announced that the Haunted Hike was rescheduled to Sunday, October 13. However, since that time there has been another schedule change for the event. The Haunted Hike will now be held on Monday, October 14, from 6PM to 8PM at Martin’s Brook Park located on Butler Parkway.     According to the city, Butler Parkway will be closed to vehicular traffic between Hartley Road and Canoe Brook Place from 6 pm. to 8 p.m. on October 14 for pedestrian safety. Police will be onsite to direct traffic. Access to driveways within the road closure will not be permitted during these hours on October 14. Residents are advised to park on neighboring side streets prior to the road closure.
