The victory was all the sweeter as it marked the 400th career win for longtime coach Ron Hendrie.

Hendrie has been at the helm of Tigers soccer for more than 30 years, capturing four regional championships, six sectional titles, and 16 league championships.

Under Coach Hendrie, the Tigers also brought a pair of state titles to North Salem in 1993 and 2016.

“I couldn't have done it without all of the amazing players I've been gifted over the years from my incredible JV coach Mike Valenti and the youth soccer program, as well as the support of our school and athletic department,” said Hendrie.
