CALDWELL, NJ – Campbell Connell scored a pair of goals to lead Columbia to a 3-0 field hockey victory over Mount St. Dominic on Wednesday.

Talia Gewirtz gave the Cougars (9-5) a 1-0 lead with a goal in the first quarter off a pass from Maddie Popowsky.

In the second quarter, Columbia made it 2-0 on Connell's first goal, with a helper from Gewirtz. Connell's second goal came with 3:56 to go in the third quarter.

Maggie Doran-Paley of Columbia made three saves.
