    Union High School Grad Completes Army Basic Training

    Union High School graduate Riannah Mathurin has completed her Army Basic Training program

    UNION, NJ – Union High School graduate Riannah Mathurin graduated from basic training for the United States Army on September 26.

    Mathurin attended basic training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina.  She is now stationed at Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia, for AIT training.

    During her JROTC time at Union High School, Mathurin was awarded the Legion of Valor Bronze Cross by the United States Army.

    Thank you for your dedication to our country and your service into the armed forces. Many of the out of work students and HS graduates should pursue a military career instead of sitting home surfing the web or wasting time on the smartphone. God Bless you guys
