    CHERRY HILL, NJ – Malamut Law is looking to expand its team with a full-time legal assistant/administrative assistant for their Cherry Hill office.

    The job focused on providing administrative support to one or more attorneys; effectively communicate with witnesses, clients, and colleagues; producing and file various legal documents; and using the firm’s case management software system. The employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

    Applicants should have knowledge of MS Office and ability to work with legal technology and office equipment; proficient with maintaining a calendar and tasks; ability to schedule depositions; and strong proofreading, grammar, and writing skills (English and Spanish); outstanding time-management and typing skills; and ability to multitask and being comfortable dealing with a diverse pool of people.

    Law firm experience and bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.  The salary range is $15.13 and $20.00 per hour.
