    Warrington Man Tells Police ‘I Screwed Up’ After Assaulting Girlfriend

    A 57-year-old Warrington man admitted that he “screwed up” after slapping his girlfriend several times.

    WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA—A 57-year-old Warrington man who told police he “screwed up” after assaulting his girlfriend has been charged with simple assault and harassment.

    On Oct. 6, Warrington police were sent to the area of 1700 Street Road, which is near the Warrington Crossing Apartments, for the report of an assault. When they arrived, Robert Joseph Barto told police that he “screwed up” when he slapped his girlfriend several times “because she would not leave him alone.” The victim confirmed his account to police.

    Police arrested Barto and took him to the station, where he was charged. Bail was set at $1,500 unsecured and Barto was released.

    It takes two to tango. Here again the police have better things to do than babysit two adults who get in an argument. Who doesn’t. He said she said. I’m sure she is so innocent 😇 tooo……For all the women who gaslight the shit outa their men and don’t think that they will be pissed off even more has another thing coming. And yes. We shouldn’t hit each other. But a couple rounds in the octagon always helps 👍🏻👍🏻
