    Crimes Occurring Between September 1 and September 30

    CRIMES:

    Theft: On 09/02/2024 a patrol unit took a report of theft. In the area of W. Sunset Av., the owner reported two Halloween decorations were stolen from the property. The decorations were valued at $150.00. Ptl. Frank Metta.

    Theft: In the area of E. Westside Av., a patrol unit took a report of theft. On 09/03/2024 the owner reported a Red Max SRTZ235 hedge trimmer was stolen. The hedge trimmer was valued at $600.00. Ptl. Christopher Fuentes.

    Theft: On 09/05/2024 a patrol unit took a report of theft. In the area of Broad St., the owner reported that a black and gold in color Kate Spade brand tote bag was stolen. The bag contained one NJ driver’s license,

    several debit cards, $40.00 in US Currency, one set of car keys, and one house key. Ptl. Andrew Todd.

    Criminal Mischief: On 09/06/2024 a patrol unit took a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle. In the area of Bridge Av., multiple vehicles sustained damage. The vehicles all had damage to the left side view mirrors and scratch marks on the passenger side. Ptl. Darren McConnell.

    Theft: In the area of W. Sunset Av., a patrol unit took a report of theft. On 09/06/2024 the victim reported the theft of a package from the front porch of a residence. The contents of the package were valued at $160.00. Ptl. Tanner Shea.

    Theft: On 09/12/2024 a patrol unit took a report of theft from a motor vehicle. In the area of Waverly Pl., the owner reported that a pair of Ray Ban brand blue in color aviator sunglasses, a blue in color Swiss Army brand pocketknife, and $5.00 in US Currency were stolen from a vehicle.     Theft: In the area of Monmouth St., a patrol unit took a report of theft of a bicycle. On 09/12/2024 the victim reported a blue in color Cero brand cargo bike was stolen. The bicycle was valued at $3500.00. Ptl. Tanner Shea.

    Theft: On 09/12/2024 a patrol unit took a report of theft from a motor vehicle. In the area of Oakland St., the victim reported that two pairs of Apple Airpods valued at $200.00, a ziplock bag containing between $20.00

    to $30.00 in US Currency, a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses valued at $100.00, and one pair of reading glasses valued at $50.00 were stolen. Ptl. Tanner Shea.

    Criminal Mischief: In the area of Chestnut St., a patrol unit took a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle. On 09/12/2024 the owner reported damage to the interior video screen and radio of a vehicle. Ptl. Milton Gray.

    Theft: On 09/26/2024 a patrol unit took a report of theft from a motor vehicle. In the area of Riverside Av., the owner reported that a small brown in color leather bag valued at $200.00 containing personal items, and a second brown in color leather bag valued at $200.00 containing a Dell brand laptop valued at $500.00 were stolen.     Criminal Mischief: In the area of Tilton Av., a patrol unit took a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle. On 09/26/2024 the victim reported a vehicle was keyed and both passenger side tires were slashed. Ptl. Froilan Hernandez.

    Skye Smith, age 20 of Asbury Park was arrested on 09/03/2024 in the area of Mongomery Terrace for Harassment, Resisting Arrest, and Criminal Mischief by Ptl. Froilan Hernandez.

    Maria Alas-Monge, age 32 of Red Bank was arrested on 09/05/2024 in the area of Monmouth St. for Contempt of Court by SLEO II. James McGee.

    Travis Huston, age 27 of Red Bank was arrested on 09/05/2024 in the area of Harrison Av. for Contempt of Court by SLEO II. James McGee.

    David Anderson, age 53 of Point Pleasant was arrested on 09/06/2024 in the area of Water St. for Criminal Mischief by Ptl. Tanner Shea.

    Jasir Lewis-Burgess, age 22 of Red Bank was arrested on 09/06/2024 in the area of Broad St. for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Grace Maggiulli.

    Gregory Limeri, age 42 of Holmdel was arrested on 09/07/2024 in the area of Maple Av. for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Darren McConnell.

    Joseph Williams, age 44 of Neptune was arrested on 09/07/2024 in the area of Newman Springs Rd. for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Piero Vescio.

    Alexis Silvera-Hernandez, age 28 of Elizabeth was arrested on 09/09/2024 in the area of Herbert St. for Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. Grace Maggiulli.

    Tayvon Williams, age 23 of Red Bank was arrested on 09/09/2024 in the area of Branch Av. for Terroristic Threats, Criminal Mischief, Possession of Weapons Unlawful Purpose, Possession of Penetrating Bullets, and Possession of Large Capacity Ammo Magazine by Ptl. Piero Vescio.
