Madison Girls Soccer Advances in County Tournament After Besting Montville

MONTVILLE, NJ -  The No. 4 seed Madison girls soccer team defeated No. 9 seed Montville 2-1 in the Semifinal Round of the Morris County Tournament. The Dodgers will advance to face No. 3 seed Chatham on Saturday October 26.

Madison's Anna Gominiak got on the board 14 minutes into the first period. Gominiak scored on a pass from Sophia Lannon. Montville tied the game with a goal from Gisela GloGrasso.

Dodger's Sam Nielsen, off a pass from Camryn Visich, found the back of the net for the go-ahead point Madison.

Antonia Waddinton was in goal for Madison. She had seven saves.

The Finals will be played at Roxbury at 7pm.
