Each family will have 45 minutes to prepare a chopped-style healthy dish from four core ingredients: sweet potatoes, tomatoes, spinach and chicken breast. Each will have a designated cooking station.

Judging will be based on taste and flavor, presentation and plating, creativity and originality and overall execution, according to the sponsors. The winning family gets a new pot set.

The event – featuring food, giveaways, healthy living tips and a professional cooking demonstration – is supported by Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, the City of Camden, the Camden Community Partnership, Better Tomorrows, the Kroc Center and Rolls Bowls.

It runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the center, which is at 1865 Harrison Avenue.
