Homemade chocolate fudge may be one of life's most nostalgic foods. For me, it brings to mind the "individually-wrapped in cellophane" fudge squares that a classmate's mom some times brought to my elementary school classroom to share with all of us for a Halloween or Christmas party. The flavor was about as appetizing as the sentence describing it. And, it was rock hard.

2 packages (10 ounces each) refrigerated cheese ravioli. 1/4 cup soft sun-dried tomato halves (not packed in oil), chopped. Cook ravioli according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon, red pepper and green onion until bacon is crisp. Drain all but 1 tablespoon drippings from pan. Stir in flour until blended. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, garlic salt and pepper.
