First round tee times for Taunton Junior City Open on Monday

TAUNTON— The field is set for the 2024 Taunton Junior City Open , which is set to take place Monday and Tuesday at the John F. Parker Municipal Golf Course.

This year, 26 golfers will compete across the three age divisions: Division 1 (ages 11-13), Division 2 (14-15) and Division 3 (16-18). All golfers will play 18 holes on Monday before the field is cut to the low scores for a final round of 18 holes on Tuesday. The golfer with the lowest score after 36 combined holes in each division will be declared the winner and receive a trophy.

With increased numbers from last year's tournament , the competition should be even stronger as participants look to earn bragging rights as the best junior golfers in the Greater Taunton area.
