Tropical Llama episode of ‘America’s Best Restaurants’ to premiere
Tropical Llama, 1470 New State Hwy., Raynham, has announced the premiere date for its episode of “America’s Best Restaurants.”
The episode will premiere on Monday, Sept. 30, and will be viewable on Tropical Llama’s Facebook page .
In a Facebook post making the announcement, Tropical Llama wrote, “We hope you enjoy it just as much as we do. Without our amazing customers and staff, this wouldn’t be possible!”

The Charred Oak Tavern also to be featured on ‘America’s Best Restaurants’
The Charred Oak Tavern, 57 Center St., Middleboro, is also being featured on “America’s Best Restaurants,” with its episode premiering today, Sept. 26, on their Facebook page .
In a Facebook post making the announcement, they also thanked their customers and staff.

Riverhouse offering fall foliage cruise on Taunton River
Sail away with Riverhouse on a fall foliage cruise .
The restaurant at 260 W. Water St., Taunton, will be running three cruises each Monday night, starting Sept. 30, until Oct. 28.
Special Boat Bites and Sip & Sail menus will be available, as you immerse yourself in the foliage along the Taunton River.
Cruises are 40 minutes long, include two drinks of your choice from the Sip & Sail menu, and a three-item sampler to fit your party size from the Boat Bites menu.
There is a maximum of six passengers per cruise.
Tickets are $90 per person.

Rehoboth Station 2 Firefighters Association annual prime rib dinner
The Rehoboth Station 2 Firefighters Association will be holding its annual prime rib dinner at American Legion Post 302, 84 Bay State Rd., Rehoboth, on Saturday, Oct. 19, from 4 to 6 p.m.
The donation per ticket is $35. Advance ticket sales only.

Veteran discount at The Profile Tavern
The Profile Tavern, 2 Crossroad Dr., E. Freetown, offers a veteran discount .
Veterans can present their ID card, and receive 10% off their meal, anytime.
Italian wine dinner at Aire Taunton
Aire Taunton, at the Taunton Municipal Airport, will be hosting an Italian wine dinner on Thursday, Oct. 10, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
There will be a five-course menu of Italian cuisine, paired with Italian wines served throughout the evening.
The menu will include hand-made ricotta gnocchi; Tuscan butternut soup; arugula salad with baby beets, goat cheese, walnuts, and pepitas; chicken francese with broccoli rabe and parmigiano-reggiano; and tiramisu.
Tickets are $75 per person, including dinner, wine pairings, tax and gratuity.

Monthly specials at Kinfolks BBQ
Kinfolks BBQ is offering some monthly specials .
For $15, get an eight-piece fried chicken dinner, with two sides, and two cornbread; or an eight-piece tender dinner, with two sides and two cornbread. Or, all two-meat combo dinners, with two sides and one cornbread.
Specials are valid at both their Taunton and Seekonk locations: 289 Winthrop St., and 120 Highland Ave.
Fall cocktails at The Pearl
The Pearl, 76 Weir St., Taunton, is concocting the flavors of autumn, with their fall cocktail menu .
Fall cocktails include a pumpkin martini, a caramel apple martini, and an apple cider margarita.
Or try the Amaretto cranberry kiss, with cranberry vodka, Amaretto, and cranberry juice, garnished with a cherry.
The apple moonshine sangria is made with apple moonshine, house cabernet, cranberry juice, and apple juice, garnished with an apple slice.
