Kinfolks BBQ moves trailer to new spot due to construction
Until further notice, you’ll find the Kinfolks BBQ trailer at a new spot.
They’ve moved from their usual spot in the Globe Liquors parking lot on Cape Road, to 1585 New State Hwy., Raynham.
In a Facebook post , Kinfolks noted that the move is due to ongoing construction in the area.
“Due to the construction, we are going to pause this [Cape Road] location until further notice as the complaints of accessibility” have been brought to their attention.
You can also visit Kinfolks’ brick-and-mortar location in Taunton, at 289 Winthrop St.

Annual Jay Hilsman Chicken BBQ in Rehoboth
The Rehoboth Station 2 Firefighters Association presents the annual Jay Hilsman Chicken BBQ at American Legion Post 302, 84 Bay State Rd., Rehoboth.
It will be held on Saturday, Aug. 10, serving from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Take-outs will be available at 11 a.m.
Tickets are $20 each.

Summer specials at Torched Kitchen & Bar
Torched Kitchen & Bar, 15 School St., Taunton, has announced summer specials .
On Tuesdays, get $2 tacos and $6 margaritas; kids eat free on Wednesdays; Thursdays are International Night; get fish and chips for $12.99 on Fridays; and check out weekly specials on Saturdays.

Mimi’s Diner, 19 Taunton Green, Taunton, is now running weekly specials .
This week, breakfast specials include Reese’s Pieces pancakes; red, white, and blue French toast; banana Nutella crepes; a meatloaf omelet; and more.
For lunch , check out specials, among others, like an open-faced turkey sandwich; Greek pasta salad with grilled chicken; a bbq chicken melt; a caçoila sandwich; and a Portuguese quesadilla, with grilled chicken, Mozambique sauce, red peppers, and garlic.
90s brunch at Union Straw
This one’s more of a Throwback Sunday!
