Developer Acquires 270 Acres in Tamarac for 335-Unit Single-Family Residential Community
13th Floor Homes, the homebuilding division of Miami-based 13th Floor Investments, has finalized the acquisition of approximately 270 acres in Tamarac, Broward County, to develop a gated luxury residential community. The project, called The Woodlands, will be situated at 4600 Woodlands Boulevard and consist of 335 single-family homes on the former Woodlands Country Club site. Construction is slated to commence in late 2024, with the first homes expected to be delivered by late 2025.
