It says rain by 2pm. when it's 1:45pm the prediction says rain by 3pm. At 2:45pm they say, it feels like 103 with the humidity and the rain chances for tomorrow look good. wtf???

When we moved to FL 30+ years ago it rained/sprinkled every day at the same time. Rain or shine it sprinkled or full on rained.
