In most towns and villages, the prosecutor and the attorney talk with each other they come to an agreement and then they present it to the judge, and the judge accept it. It’s a lot different than a city judge who may or may not be a lawyer if they’re elected, they are a lawyer, I’ve always lived in towns. I’ve always lived in villages and I just recently moved to the Falls anytime I’ve been arrested. It’s always been my lawyer me and the prosecutor and we come to an agreement whether it’s jail time or fine or whatever.
