This area is blighted. The new apartment complex by the RR is already boarded up. So many empty stores south of the tracks. The bank building is an eyesore and attracts vagrants. How will you get residents to rent with these appalling conditions? How about making the rent in these commercial spaces affordable so as to attract much needed small businesses!!

I wanna know what they are going to do over by the railroad tracks??? There is where there are tons of empty stores and everything is dilapidated and disgusting. Hanging out in the streets like the hood. Empty stores all around it all leads to trouble. Fill the stores and clean up an already gross area. The area by the post office isn’t as bad and that’s what they are working on? Oh priorities!
