Dog of the Week:
This boy is worth repeating…. His name is Tyler! Tyler is a Treeing Walker Coonhound/Boxer mix with a gorgeous smile. He is estimated to be just over 4 years old. He came in as a stray and is a heartworm warrior who successfully defeated this terrible disease. He’s a good-size boy, around 80 pounds. He loves being outdoors on adventures. He does great on a leash and is a well-mannered car rider! He’s a bit of a gentle giant and would love to curl up on your lap for snuggles. He’s a strong pup and needs a dog-savvy adopter who can help manage his energy and size. At the rescue, he’s done well with other dogs who match his size, play style and temperament. He’s very smart and learns quickly. A family that wants to continue his training would be awesome! He’s been at the rescue nearly 2 years now and he is OVER READY to find his PEEPS.
