Former Arizona State and Memphis quarterback Brady White has agreed to join head coach Kenny Dillingham’s staff for the Sun Devils.

White graduated from Hart High School back in 2015. At the time, he was a four-star recruit and rated as a top-10 quarterback in the nation. White threw for 3,725 yards and 45 passing touchdowns in his 12 games as a senior and was named a Second-Team All-American as a junior.

White decided to continue his football career playing for Arizona State where he missed most of his first two seasons due to injury and ended up throwing only 49 total passes for the Sun Devils before transferring to Memphis.

During his tenure at ASU White’s offensive coordinator was Kenny Dillingham who recently returned to the program as Head Coach. The pair also spent time working together at Memphis and that connection opened the door for White to continue his career in football alongside Dillingham.

White spent the next three years at Memphis as a graduate transfer and started each year for the Tigers. He finished his career there with over 10,000 passing yards, 90 passing touchdowns and 30 interceptions.

White led the American Athletic Conference in numerous statistical categories throughout his tenure at Memphis and some of his numbers ranked him among the best in all of college football. The former Indians QB ranked eighth in the NCAA in passing touchdowns in 2019 and fifth in 2020 just to name a few.

Once his collegiate career wrapped up, White entered his name into the 2021 NFL Draft. After going undrafted, he received an invite to camp for the Tennessee Titans but was not signed to a deal.

White went on to be selected by the Tampa Bay Bandits in the 2022 USFL Draft and spent one season in the league before becoming a free agent in 2023.

After moving from the Pac-12 Conference to the Big 12 this offseason, Arizona State will have their work cut out for them this upcoming season and White will add some very valuable experience to their staff.
